Aluminum-magnesium-manganese plate

By alloy composition model

Type 3003: The manganese content is between 1.0% and 1.5%, featuring excellent formability, corrosion resistance and weldability. It is suitable for general building roof and wall projects, such as ordinary commercial buildings and industrial plants.

Type 3004: Compared with type 3003, it has a slightly higher magnesium content, ranging from 0.8% to 1.3%. Its strength is higher than that of type 3003, while still maintaining good corrosion resistance and processing performance. It is suitable for large-span roofs with relatively high strength requirements, such as large sports venues and airport terminals.

Ii. Material thickness of aluminum-magnesium-manganese plates

The thickness of aluminum-magnesium-manganese plates varies depending on factors such as the application site, building span, and load requirements. Common thickness ranges are as follows:

Aluminum-magnesium-manganese plates for roofing: The thickness is generally between 0.7mm and 1.2mm. For ordinary civil buildings and roofs with smaller spans, a thickness of 0.7mm to 0.9mm is more commonly used. For large public buildings, such as stadiums and exhibition halls, with large-span roofs, in order to meet the requirements of structural load-bearing and wind resistance, panels with a thickness of 1.0mm to 1.2mm are usually selected.

Aluminum-magnesium-manganese plates used for walls: The thickness is generally between 0.5mm and 0.9mm. If it is used for exterior wall decoration, considering aesthetics and certain impact resistance, panels with a thickness of 0.6mm to 0.8mm May be chosen. When used as interior walls, the strength requirement is relatively low, and panels with a thickness of 0.5mm to 0.6mm can meet the demand.
