Excellent heat preservation performance
The thermal conductivity is between 0.019 and 0.022w/m · k(at 25℃), which is the lowest among the insulation materials currently in practical application. It adopts high-pressure continuous foaming technology, with uniform and dense foaming. The closed-cell structure has small cells, with a cell density of up to 200,000 per cm³ and a closed-cell rate of over 97%. Installation Guide and Safety Precautions
1. Before installation
Recheck the flatness and elevation of the substructure. The moisture-proof layer should be laid in advance and the lap joints should be tight.
During the design stage, the penetration points of floor drains, lighting, evaporators, etc. are synchronously located to avoid on-site drilling later.
The construction environment temperature should be maintained above 5 °C to ensure uniform expansion of polyurethane and reliable bonding.
2. Panel assembly
A CAM lock or tenon groove system is adopted, and a tight connection can be achieved with a gentle push.
Stainless steel self-tapping screws, in combination with anti-corrosion sealant, form a continuous waterproof and thermal bridge barrier.
Angle steel brackets or sanitary arc cover plates are installed at the junctions of floors and walls or walls and ceilings to eliminate dead corners and facilitate cleaning.
3. Inspection after installation
Visual inspection + smoke method initial inspection, and the blower door test can be selected to verify the overall air tightness.
Infrared thermal imaging scanning is used to locate and repair potential cold Bridges.

Introduction
